How to use a QR guide at exhibitions and doujin events
At exhibitions and doujin events you often want to convey your item list, booth number and socials compactly. Put it on one page as a QR and visitors can save it to their phone without stopping, with a path to your socials. It is login-free and free, and it auto-deletes after the event, so you can post day-only stock info freely.
Create this page →What to put on the page
- Circle name and booth number (floor-map link)
- Item list with prices and payment methods
- Stock status (sold out / low, etc.)
- Links to socials, an online store, and your next appearance
- Restock or mail-order plans (if any)
Where to post the QR
- A POP or menu card standing on your booth table
- Near sample items or the display
- The back of a business card or flyer
- In your announcement posts too
When to create it
Build it the day before or the morning of. Stock and lineups change last-minute, so finalising first avoids reprints. Update stock to "sold out" on the spot via the Edit link.
Recommended expiry 24 hours (or 3 days for multi-day events)
Keeping personal data off the page
- Don't post your real name, address or personal phone — route contact to social DMs
- Don't use other circles' or third parties' images or works without permission
- "Link only" is viewable by anyone — only post info that is fine to make public
