Why it helps to leave no page behind after an event
Event and day-of information has done its job once the day is over. Left up on a permanent posting or a social feed, though, it can cause trouble in unexpected places. Because a Nobo Page deletes itself when it expires, you get the benefits of "leaving nothing behind" for free.
Try creating a page →No stale info to confuse people
Last year's schedule, a finished campaign, hours that have since changed — when old notices linger, people who find them via search or social get misled. A page that disappears on expiry keeps only the current information out in the world.
No personal data left behind
Meeting spots, contacts, attendee notes — usually they only need to be visible on the day. When the page auto-deletes once its job is done, you cut the risk of personal data lingering online. If you need to, you can also delete it early from the Admin link rather than waiting for expiry.
Nothing to clean up
- No nagging "did I ever take that page down?" later
- No going into an account dashboard to delete it
- Make a fresh one each time, so last time's content never half-lingers
- For how long to keep things up, see "What suits an expiring page — and what doesn't".
